House Rules

DECKS: Please do not let children or anyone stand or play on our cable railings. If the cables are stretched, we will need to charge you a $200 fee to have them tightened or more if they need to be replaced. Thank you for your diligence. POOL: Absolutely no standing on, diving or jumping from the fountain water feature. Please do NOT sit on the edge above the pool cover. The other 3 edges are much safer.

Kori's place is stunning! This is by far the best Airbnb stays I've booked. The place is designed and laid out with a lot of intentionality and thought. Although Kori had already provided thorough and detailed instructions, I reached out because I had overlooked them. She was incredibly responsive and gracious despite my oversight. We had to he best vacation this week in Desert Air! Kori’s home is well thought out and beautiful! Plenty of towels and a fully stocked kitchen, we just loved it there.

The house was honestly even better than expected. It is a beautiful home and super clean. The pool is perfect for swimming it was clean and the house is great for a group of people to cook and host. I would highly recommend this airbnb! It was an amazing stay.

This home was the perfect spot for my weekend getaway with friends. The home was so nice, clean and comfortable. The pool was perfectly heated and beautiful to sit in when we weren’t headed to the gorge amphitheater for a concert. We were about to relax, feel comfortable and safe, and have a great time honoring my late husband. Kori was responsive, friendly and super accommodating. We will definitely be back for another getaway in the future!

Beautiful home! Pictures on the posting does not do this place justice. Perfect place to relax and disconnect. House came stocked with the essentials. Only thing you need to bring are groceries and swim suits!

What an amazing stay! Kori uses a site to deliver extremely clear instructions on use of the house and appliances. There were even hosted videos detailing pool and grill operation. Kori was incredibly responsive throughout the stay and communicated proactively. The host left a gift card for a local coffee shop. What a nice perk! No expenses were spared when putting together this home. It's beautiful inside and out. If you're used to quality appliances and utensils at home you will not have to bring them with for your stay here. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. This includes quality soaps and shampoos provided. The pool was very clean and the maintenance guy was very friendly. Great lounging spaces here as well! Beautiful views from the decks and patios, and televisions everywhere. I always thought a Sonos home system was overkill, but we used this one during most waking hours. What a great feature!

We had SUCH an amazing time at Kori’s! The house is absolutely beautiful, the beds were extremely comfy & the kitchen was fully stocked. The pool was the perfect temperature & we loved how deep it was! Kori was super sweet & helpful, we hope to be back soon 😊

We enjoyed our stay at Kori's Airbnb! The house is stunning as it's surrounded by amazing views of the river and mountains. All of that can be seen from the comfort of the huge pool in the backyard! The place provided all the essentials the we needed for the weekend so we had zero worries. The place is very spacious yet cozy. We had 12 people in our group and the house never felt cramped. The hosts provided a ton of information about the listing and even provided an online guidebook before we arrived so we can know more about the house and local area. They were very responsive if we had any questions. We enjoyed all that this place had to provide so we'll definitely be coming back here in the future!
